3) Notary fees (Approx 300€)
4) Agency fees are normally included unless a low price has been negotiated

MORTGAGE INFORMATION
Thanks to the current economical climate banks in Spain are still shy of lending country properties especially to non-residents.
Mortgages that do become available must comply with the following requisites. The first step is to arrange for a bank survey plus provide the bank with all proof of income plus NIE certificates.
Should the mortgage be approved, the banks will lend the following percentages of the BANK VALUATION and not the SALE PRICE.
